Stephan le Roux has over 30 years experience in the property industry, specialising in retail property over the past 15 years.
Stephan holds a BCom (Acc) and a B. Arch Studies degrees.
As the Divisional Director of Retail Property at Growthpoint Properties, the largest listed property company in South Africa, he is responsible for a retail portfolio valued in excess of R16 billion.
He was appointed Executive Director of Acucap Properties Limited on 1 April 2015.
