Our client, a diversified Real Estate Investment Trust, controlling a property income earning asset base of R51.1 billion, would like to appoint a Leasing Executive – Commercial Industrial as a result of organic growth within the business.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the Pretoria Portfolio, including Midrand. Duties will include the setting of a leasing strategy to improve the letting strategy within the portfolio.

The retention of existing tenants through innovative letting initiatives; maintaining awareness of commercial, industrial and retail property trends; concluding value adding transactions; assist in lease reporting, providing assistance in all leasing functions and associated matters as may be required by the company; develop and maintain strong customer relationships and industry network to maximize tenant retention.
