Duties include the identification of new sites and prepare pack for Board approval; identify poor performing stores and put measures in place to improve performance; negotiate new leases and renewals; project manage the installation; attend to all operational issues between Landlords; attend to all operational issues between Landlords and Franchisees and maintain relationships with Landlords, Franchisees, etc.
