Property loan stock company, in operation since 2005, would like to appoint a General Manager – Property Management. The portfolio is approximately in excess of R4 billion and expanding. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Property Studies, Accounting or Law, coupled with at least ten years experience as a Senior Property Manager or Divisional Manager.

Key tasks range from monitoring and managing returns and values of each asset; develop (in conjunction with Asset Management Director) strategic asset management plans to enhance each property's best land use and value; ensure comprehensive performance of the property management functions, i.e. rent collection, administration, leasing, lease renewals, accounts payment, maintenance and facilities management, financial and budgeting control.

Management of property management team; ensure building compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and ensure exemplary corporate governance of property management division.
