The principle purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient delivery of the Development Pipeline - New builds, relocations, remodels and closures - for the Gauteng/Central Region. They need a results-driven property professional with a proven history of getting the most of out ongoing relationships with high level stakeholders, as this role acts as the conduit between landlord and franchisee.
Whilst completed projects are the objective, one is not in fact responsible for the actual delivery - but rather the person who influences the decision makers to move forward in the right direction at the right time. Ideally you would have a background in Franchisee management combined with a construction or building related degree or diploma. Trips to Swaziland and Botswana as well as the entire Gauteng/Central Region form part of this position.
If you are a strong negotiator with good project contractual law knowledge and the ability to identify opportunity, this challenging position could be for you.
