Bee Portfolio Accountant opportunity in Sandton. Our client owns a residential fund, which it manages on behalf of several investors. They seek a Portfolio Account who will be looking after there stock of Residential properties. This is a role with serious weight in responsibility, and will have you managing this portfolio from a strategically driven point of view.

You shall be accountable for a number of rentals coming in, and be reporting into the Investment Manager. You will have a qualification in Accounting with at least 5 years experience in a property management or property auditing environment. Salary on offer is negotiable and is really based on your qualification and experience. This position is open only to South Africa nationals due to strict BEE requirements.
