Year on year performance proves the growing nature of this company, which has spurred the need to acquire the services of a Senior Property Asset Manager.

They strive to deliver optimum performance of their fund by ensuring that new properties are acquired in the most efficient manner. This experienced property professional must have at least 8 years experience in an assets & property management role. This role will rely heavily on your exposure to Acquisitions and Disposals, and being able to identify development opportunities within the portfolio. You will also oversee property management, as well as analyse and report on the performance of the portfolio. This work hard, play hard culture is attractive to self starters who are able to act independently and who want accountability for their decisions. This is a senior opportunity which is only open to those with a minimum of 8 years experience in a property fund.
