The MD is thus looking to create a more sustainable structure, buy appointing a CA or CIMA professional to take charge of the finance function. This will be a multi-dimensional role which will see you involved in hedging, capital raising, dividends distribution, company secretary duties, road shows as well as all financial reporting and mandatory submissions. This strategic appointment will pave the way to the imminent listing, and ensure that funding is optimally structured to create maximum value. A persuasive individual who enjoys a fast paced and highly pressurised environment will enjoy this company. 10 years working experience - with at least 4 years in a property fund - is absolutely essential.
