BComm Acc/Fin with at least 5 years financial management experience within a Commercial/Retail property portfolio management environment.  Leading Property Owner, Manager and Developer based in the Eastrand  seeks an experienced Financial Manager to manage all financial aspects of their property portfolio.  

Full Accounting  function for the portfolio including budgets, forecasts and variance reporting.  Assist in due diligences on new acquisitions and reporting for disposals. Responsible for all taxation related aspects as well as preparing reporting pack for shareholders.  Oversee Debtors and Creditors functions. Management of accounts department team.
