A Financial Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in the retail/commercial property industry is required to manage and control the Financial aspect of this large retail property. 

A degree in Finance or Accounts is necessary, as well as a complete financial knowledge and understanding, experience of property law, leasing, administration, compiling budgets and forecasts, drafting annual financial statements, HR and strong communication skills.
