Capital Property sells retail properties

Capital Property Fund has concluded an agreement with Fortress Income Fund and Resilient Property Income Fund for the disposal of a portfolio of retail properties.

Vukile Property fund  has said the number of properties it proposes to acquire from Sanlam Group has been reduced from 13 to nine.

Premium units bid for by consortium

A consortium of the Wapnick family and Octodec announced a partial offer to acquire 10% of the linked units held by Premium unitholders.

Redifine Income Fund, ApexHi Properties and Madison Property Fund Managers have announced distributions to the end of last month, aligning all unitholders to the same period to pave the way for the proposed merger of the three companies.

Redefine Income Fund today announced a 16% increase in total distributions for the year ended 31 August 2006 of 42.7 cents per linked unit. This represents a total income and capital growth of 41% and a total return of 35%.
