Property Point, a Growthpoint Properties’ initiative, has welcomed a new batch of small businesses to both its enterprise development and supplier development programmes in 2016.

Growthpoint Properties’ Inanda Greens office park is the new home of two top names in business: Heineken and FirstRand Bank Limited.

A celebration of commercial property excellence also turned out to be a massive R1 million boost for charity and humanitarian causes, thanks to the community-mindedness of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and Growthpoint Properties.

Growthpoint Properties has targeted boosting its solar energy generation capacity to over 6MWp by mid-2016 to become one of the largest generators of rooftop solar power in South Africa.
