Shareholders in JSE-listed REITs, Gemgrow Properties  and Arrowhead Properties ( gave their stamp of approval at their respective shareholder meetings on Thursday, 22 August 2019 to the reverse takeover of Gemgrow by Arrowhead, launching a R16 billion (including listed investments), South Africa-focused property fund.

Arrowhead Properties Limited, a proudly South African JSE-listed REIT with a diverse portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties today announced an interim dividend of 27,8 cents for the six months ended 31 March 2019, which is in line with the communicated guidance.

South African focussed JSE listed REIT Arrowhead announced strong operating performance for the period ending 31 March 2018.

Arrowhead, the South African JSE listed REIT, released its interim results today in line with guidance, despite a tough local economic and political environment.
