Fairvest withdraws bid to merge with Safari

Fairvest Property Holdings Limited  today announced that it has elected, by mutual agreement, to not proceed with its friendly merger with Safari Investments RSA Limited.

When people want to invest in real estate they usually secure a loan to purchase a property – either residential or commercial.
