The SA REIT sector is set to deliver double-digit total returns to investors next year.

 Diversified, South African-focused property fund Arrowhead today reported results for the year ended 30 September 2018.

SA-focussed and diversified REIT, Dipula Income Fund, reported double-digit growth in distributable earnings to R504.2 million, and its DIA and DIB  dividends per share were up over 4,4% a piece year-on-year. 

Delta Property Fund, a specialist black-managed and substantially black-owned REIT with a significant sovereign underpin, today reported flat results for the half-year ending 31 August 2018.

Liberty Two Degrees (“L2D”), a premier retail and South African focused REIT, today released its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2018, declaring a half-year distribution of 29.31 cents per unit.

Growthpoint today announced a total distribution of 69,0 cents per linked unit for the financial year ending 30 June 2004.
