Repo rate unchanged at 6.5%

The Reserve Bank has decided to keep the repo rate unchanged at 6.5% per annum, Governor Lesetja Kganyago said on Thursday.

National Treasury revises growth down to 0.5%

South Africa’s economy has been revised down to grow at a rate of 0.5% in 2016, National Treasury said on Wednesday.
