Hammerson completes £236m Highcross sale

Hammerson plc  today announces that is has completed the sale of the 50% stake in Highcross shopping centre in Leicester to an Asian investor introduced by M&G Real Estate for £236m.

The budget deficit for the 2018/19 financial year is expected to widen to 4.3% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) – which is higher than the 2018 Budget estimate of 3.8%.
