MAS, through a wholly owned subsidiary, Flensburg Limited, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire a shopping centre located in Flensburg, Germany, from Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft.

Delta Property Fund (“Delta” or “the Fund” or “the Company”), a specialist black-managed and substantially black-owned REIT with a significant sovereign underpin, today reported flat annual financial results for the year ended 28 February 2018. 

Vukile Property Fund today reported 7.7% growth in dividends to 168.82 cents per share for the year to 31 March 2018 on the back of higher second-half distribution growth of 7.9%.

Shareholders are advised that MAS, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, MAS (IOM) Holdings Limited, has concluded a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) to acquire from New Uberior House Holding Limited.

In line with the group’s strategy of investing across the broader European market shareholders are advised that MAS has through a subsidiary of PKM Investments S.á.r.l., entered into a sale and purchase agreement (the “SPA”) to acquire from MD CE Holdings Limited and Atrium Turkey Samsun B.V.

Investec Australia Property Fund (“IAPF” or the “Fund”) today announced the acquisition of an industrial property in Dandenong South, Melbourne for AUD 19 450 000 which represents an initial yield of 6.3%.

Delta Property list on the JSE

The black-managed and substantially black-owned property loan stock company Delta Property Fund made its debut on the JSE on Friday, with 233,834 shares, worth nearly R2m, trading.The share reached a high of R8.65, but closed just 1c higher than its R8.31 low.

Delta Property Fund has announced its intention to list on the JSE before the end of the year, bringing to the market a R2.1bn property portfolio.

JSE-listed Emira Property Fund is seeing a pick-up in prospects as a result of certain letting and sales activity across its portfolio.
