The renovated new Pine Crest launched today after an innovative R200m, 14-month multifaceted refurbishment by owners Vukile Property Fund, updating it to the newest international standards.

Maluti Crescent Shopping Centre will open on 21 March 2019 when it will officially become the largest shopping centre in Phuthaditjhaba in the Free State.

Maluti Crescent Shopping Centre (formerly Setsing Crescent) in Phuthaditjhaba, Free State, is receiving a major redevelopment and expansion boost from JSE-listed Retail REIT Vukile Property Fund, which will see it becoming the largest shopping centre in its town.
