Encouraging financial results revealed by 4AX listed company Heartwood Properties Cape Town, 18 June 2020.

Peter Gent, ex-RMB Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as an independent, non-executive director to the board of directors of commercial property development company, Heartwood Properties, who are listed on the 4AX (4 Africa Exchange).

Commercial property development company, Heartwood Properties , has revealed a 30% increase in their portfolio value, and a 29% increase in net asset value at the end of their first year as a listed company on the 4AX (4 Africa Exchange).

Heartwood Properties, a 4AX listed commercial development company, has partnered with renowned landscape artist and sculptor, Strijdom van der Merwe, to transform the outdoor space of a popular office block, Willow Wood, in Fourways, Gauteng.

Heartwood Properties, a commercial and industrial property developer listed on the 4 Africa Exchange, recently announced the appointment of Mr. Bernard Roy Seeff as the latest non-executive director to join the company’s board of directors and act as a member of their audit committee.

The fourth and final phase of the popular Willow Wood Office Park, developed by Heartwood Properties, in Fourways in Gauteng, is currently under construction and due for completion in March next year.

Heartwood Properties, born out of a successful joint venture between Gauteng property developers, Brydens Group and Montagu Property Group, is the first property company to list on the new 4 Africa Exchange (4AX).
