How politics is driving the value of the rand

In recent years the financial market landscape has changed dramatically, and the way we analyse countries and their risk has followed suit.

Growthpoint Properties (Share Code: GRT) shares began trading onA2X today as it became the first property company and tenth counter to join the exchange with its secondary listing.

We expect reasonable growth from global markets this year but within a more volatile environment. We do, however, expect that these headwinds will eventually slow global activity, likely causing growth around the world to disappoint in late 2019 and early 2020.
