Echo Polska Properties NV (EPP) today announced the conclusion of a preliminary agreement to acquire a holding in Hadley Dean  retail park in Kraków for €54 million.

Shareholders are advised that Mr Maciej Drozd will step down from his position as chief financial officer of EPP and Mr Jacek Bagiński will be appointed in his stead by 31 March 2017.

In one of the largest local property transactions of the year, Pivotal shareholders approved the transaction in which JSE-listed, internationally diversified real estate investment trust Redefine Properties (JSE: RDF) will acquire all of the shares in property developer and capital growth fund Pivotal.

EPP (Echo Polska Properties N.V.) and Echo Investment S.A. (“Echo Investment”) are pleased to announce the conclusion of a formal and binding agreement in terms of which they will purchase the 22 Towarowa Street property from Griffin Real Estate (“Griffin”), Poland’s leading real estate fund on which retail development will be undertaken.

JSE-listed diversified real estate investment trust Redefine Properties (JSE: RDF) has announced its intention to acquire the entire issued share capital of The Pivotal Fund (JSE: PIV).

The respective boards of directors of Redefine and Pivotal are pleased to announce that they have signed a document setting out the terms and conditions upon which Redefine offered to acquire all of the Pivotal shares from Pivotal shareholders.
