Investec Property Fund Limited (IPF or the Fund) is pleased to announce H2 2020 earnings available for distributionof 75.7cps (H2 2019: 73.5cps) representing 3.0% year-on-year growth.

As per the Cautionary Announcement issued today, Investec Property Fund (IPF) is finalising the acquisition of the remaining interest in the Pan European Logistics (PEL) platform from funds managed by the Real Estate Group of Ares Management Corporation (Ares) or its affiliates.

Investec Property Fund Limited (IPF or the Fund) today announced an interim dividend of 70.93 cents per share (cps) for the six months ended 30 September 2019 (2018: 68.81 cps).

Investec Property Fund (IPF) has acquired an additional 23% interest in the Investec Argo Property Fund (UK Fund) for GBP25 million, increasing its shareholding to 33% and its total investment in the UK Fund to GBP36.7 million.

Investec Property Fund Limited is pleased to announce a final dividend of 73.51 cents per share (cps) for the six months ended 31 March 2019.

The transaction is complementary to the Fund’s existing investment into the European logistics sector.
