Attacq Limited, successfully closed a R640 million capital raising.

Atterbury Property will develop offices for leading companies Servest and Colgate Palmolive at Waterfall.

Development is progressing apace at Atterbury Property Developments’ most ambitious project so far – the Waterfall Business Estate.

Atterbury has announced it is developing the 120,000sqm Mall of Africa, for R3.5 billion – South Africa’s largest single-phase shopping mall development to date – financed by Nedbank Corporate Property Finance.

In keeping with its business philosophy of providing funding and support solutions that realise opportunities for its clients, Nedbank Corporate Property Finance has concluded a R144 million loan agreement with Atterbury for the development of the Waterfall Corner Retail Centre.

Talk of classic planning principles, central park type features and a demographic retail and business capture potential to boot, South Africa will soon experience quality urban living on a scale - literally in concept a new city within the Gauteng megalopolis -  beyond any this country has ever seen with Waterfall City.
