Midrand's robust market flouts current trends

Attacq accelerated bookbuild oversubscribed

Attacq Limited, successfully closed a R640 million capital raising.

Atterbury Property will develop offices for leading companies Servest and Colgate Palmolive at Waterfall.

Development is progressing apace at Atterbury Property Developments’ most ambitious project so far – the Waterfall Business Estate.

Atterbury has announced it is developing the 120,000sqm Mall of Africa, for R3.5 billion – South Africa’s largest single-phase shopping mall development to date – financed by Nedbank Corporate Property Finance.
