Texton Property Fund concludes agreements to acquire three well-located properties in the UK for £32m 

Tradehold subsidiary Moorgarth Holdings (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l, has entered into a joint venture with Texton Property Fund to each acquire 50% of Broad Street Mall in Reading, England for approximately £30,564,000.

Texton Property Fund’s shareholders gave their overwhelming support to the broad based black economic empowerment deal which was announced in December last year.

Following the release last week of excellent interim results which gave shareholders distribution growth of 11.7%, Texton is pleased to announce the acquisition of two properties in the UK for a total of GBP 15,24 million.

Texton is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with a broad-based black economic empowerment Consortium to purchase around 20% of Texton shares.
