There will be a feeling of déjà vu about November’s listing on the JSE of Spear Reit, a property investment vehicle focusing exclusively on the Western Cape.

Spearhead Properties’ leasing team is operating at full throttle and is probably more active now than it has ever been in the six years since the company listed, said Darren Wilder, Chief Operations Executive recently.

Spearhead Properties’ analyst bullish about Cape commercial and industrial property.
