JSE-listed REIT Safari Investments RSA Limited today posted strong results for the interim period ending 30 September 2018. 

Safari Investments, which focuses on township shopping malls, is on course to grow to a R3bn fund in 18-24 months.

Safari Investments RSA expects between 120 and 129 cents per share (2014: 129 cents per share for the year ended 31 March 2015, representing a decrease of 0% and 7% from the previous corresponding period.

Safari Investments RSA Limited ("Safari") became the latest listing under the "Real Estate Holdings and Development" (REIT) sector on the Main Board of the JSE today with the short code "SAR".

Safari Investments RSA Limited ("Safari") will become the latest REIT listing on the JSE on Monday, 7 April 2014.
