Emira property Fund has raised in excess of R260m since the commencement of its 2012 financial year on July 1, 2011 through the sale of eleven, non-core, properties in its portfolio.

A prime, tenanted office block in the established commercial node of Ferndale will be brought to auction on August 25, during next month’s Commercial Multiple auction.

Auction Alliance will take a property featuring both industrial and office space, in the established industrial and commercial node of Strijdom Park, Randburg, to auction during its upcoming commercial Multiple Auction scheduled for June 23

A well-tenanted office block, situated in the established commercial and residential node of Ferndale, is set to fall under the Auction Alliance hammer during its commercial Multiple Auction scheduled to be held on May 19

Property loan stock company Vukile Property Fund and property unit trust Emira Property Fund have delivered fairly stable and consistent returns to their shareholders, but the two trade at similar ratings and at a discount to the market due to a perception that they have lower quality assets.
