Parktown North poised for growth

After peaking in mid-2015 and a subsequent period of flat growth, Parktown North seems set for a return as developers target one of Gauteng’s most popular destination suburbs.

These are uncertain and challenging times for the real estate industry, but the non-profit organisation Rebosa is fighting for their interests and finding pragmatic solutions to industry issues such as the urgent need to fast-track transformation says Richard Gray, Rebosa chairman.

Cape Town homeowners could be in for a nasty surprise when results of the city’s 2012 General Valuation Roll are released in late February.
