Personnel
Val-Co Property Valuers includes four Professional Associated Valuers (all without restrictions) and one Candidate Valuer (final year, Workschool completed), with the remainder of the staff compliment comprising of an office assistant. In addition, Val-Co Property Valuers have a number of additional Valuers available on contractual basis to assist where necessary and required, depending on the volume of valuations.
Val-Co Property Valuers also have qualified individuals with extensive experience in the construction, architecture and building management, with a combined valuation experience exceeding 80 years.

We continually strive to set a high standard in providing quality property valuations in accordance with the requirements of the South African Institute of Valuers, with experienced Valuers involved in every property valuation undertaken and a commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction. Our shared experience provides us with an enormous amount of knowledge regarding the property market, and known for quality and timely property valuation services. We believe we are among a very small group of property valuation firms who are able to deliver accurate and objective advice appropriate to any given property valuation. Furthermore, our commitment is to protect our client's interest, providing detailed and motivated valuation reports and sound advice in a professional manner.

We have extensive experience in the valuation of a variety of income producing properties, and can therefore offer our clients a comprehensive range of valuation services, and as a team, we will endeavor to meet and exceed the requirements of our clients without compromising on quality. Collectively, we have been responsible for more than 6,000 property valuations over the past ten years, with each member with at least 10 years experience in the valuation of properties.

In addition, the changing role of Valuers requires that we are aware of the range of value types and value requirements of users of valuation services and the analysis and interpretation of property markets. We continuously strive to provide property owners, investors and financial institutions sound and professional advice on many aspects of property development, investment and property values.
