The Alliance Group is bringing an attractive A-grade office building to the auction floor on November 26 at the Sandton Southern Sun.

Prospects for the business property market are looking brighter than before.

Properties in Kimberley and Bloemfontein will be in the spotlight at the Alliance Group’s auctions this month, where 13 retail and office blocks and a parking garage will be on offer.

The properties offer investors the opportunity to acquire a footprint in the popular and stylish Sea Point area known as the entertainment precinct of Cape Town.

Commercial buildings fetch lower than expected prices, but the market seems to be improving.

'Still lots of buyers' for the sale that has been dominated by retail buildings in small towns.

Morden office and retail buildings, as well as an historical hotel building in Gauteng and Mpumalanga, will be on offer at the Alliance Group multi- property auction next month.

“DEMAND for industrial-zoned properties is fuelled by developers and investors who are competing to satisfy growing tenant demand,” says William Amerseder of Alliance Group.

Eighteen properties, including a national monument, went under the hammer at an auction packed with 250 potential buyers in Cape Town yesterday.
