The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA), through its Property Division, PRASA Corporate Real Estate Solutions (PRASA CRES) invites members of the private sector to submit proposals for leasing, upgrading or development of identified properties at various train station across the country.

PRASA hereby invites proposals from potential tenants to lease and develop/upgrade properties from its different regions:

THE state-owned Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa), which operates commuter rail service Metrorail, is to spend R1.5bn in the next three years to buy back lease agreements on property it holds to boost earnings from its property portfolio and cut dependence on subsidies.
