Paramount grows assets in Cape

IN A deal that values Paramount Property Fund at about R1,5bn, Growthpoint Properties, the largest listed property company on the JSE, has made a mandatory offer to acquire all the linked units in Paramount.

Redefine Income Fund today announced a 16% increase in total distributions for the year ended 31 August 2006 of 42.7 cents per linked unit. This represents a total income and capital growth of 41% and a total return of 35%.
