Tenants seeking to cut operating costs

Commercial property tenants are showing a willingness to pay a premium for high-quality accommodation that offers them improved efficiency, according to the Jones Lang LaSalle SA research report for the third quarter of this year.

Bonatla Property reports a 3.80c diluted loss per share from continuing operations for the year ended December from a loss of 0.75c in the previous period.

Operating cost increases continue to have a negative effect on income growth in the commercial property sector.
