London United Kingdom, JSE AltX and Mauritius listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) New Frontier Properties today announced that on 26 April 2018, fashion retailer H&M opened a 20,000 sq ft store in Underhill Walk at its Coopers Square Shopping Centre in Burton upon Trent.

Rebosis Property Fund, the JSE’s first listed black-managed REIT, sustained solid distribution growth for the year ended 31 August 2017. 

JSE AltX and Mauritius listed New Frontier Properties on Friday announced the acquisition of Unit 1, Stadium Business Park in Dublin, Ireland for €8.65 million, representing a net initial yield of 8.23%.  

JSE AltX and Mauritius listed New Frontier Properties today reported solid financial results for the year ended 31 August 2017, despite market volatility and economic headwinds in a post Brexit operating environment.  

Rebosis Property Fund, the JSEs first listed black-managed and significantly black owned REIT, yesterday announced a sector leading empowerment transaction.

National fashion retailer Next is set to treble in size in Burton upon Trent when it relocates to the former BHS store.
