The Pavilion Shopping Centre in Westville, Durban, announced it has appointed Nisha Kemraj as General Manager of this super-regional shopping centre in KwaZulu-Natal from 1 July 2013. 

Motseng Investment Holdings, a diversified holding company with core operations in property investment and services, said last week that it had acquired infrastructure services group Selmec as well as Unimedia, Selmec’s Mozambican operation.

Delta Property Fund, a R2,1 billion property group and predominantly government-tenanted BEE company is to list on the JSE. The listing, scheduled for early next month, will follow a Nedbank Capital-led capital-raising exercise of R980 million.
