Retail development experts, McCormick Property Development (MPD) have launched their 67th development.

Real estate investment trust, Exemplar REITail, has acquired Katale Square shopping centre.

McCormick Property Development celebrated the launch of its 66th development with the opening of Katale Square this week.

Capital Mall – the R1.2bn corner stone of the ‘Capital City’ mixed-use development is all systems go.

Month-end saw the grand opening of Phola Mall, the first fully enclosed regional shopping mall in the old ‘Kwa-Ndebele’ region of Mpumalanga.

The South Africa Council of Shopping Centres has awarded its inaugural “Young Achiever Award” to Jason McCormick (37), the MD of McCormick Property Development.

A R6.2 billion new Gauteng housing project – the Leratong City integrated nodal development – is set to get under way in Leratong, Mogale City in a joint development by McCormick Property Development, Calgro M3 and Sasuka Logistics Services.
