Tower Property Fund making steady progress

The Tower Property Fund, which was the first new fund in South Africa to list on the main board of the JSE under the Diversified REITs sector in July, has experienced steady progress during the first quarter following listing.

Spire Property Management has been appointed to manage the entire portfolio of properties within the Tower Property Fund, which listed on the JSE in July as the first fund under the Diversified REITs sector.
