Black players take 25% of Sanlam property arm

A group of black investors including Transport Minister Jeff Radebe's wife Bridgette and new entrants, has bought a 25% stake in Sanlam's property loan stock company, Vukile Property Fund, for R439 million.

Redefine distribution surges on higher-yielding portfolio.

Vukile Property Fund has made a firm offer to acquire the remaining 25% stake in MICC Property Income Fund that it does not already own.

Metboard reports higher revenue

Metboard Properties reports a 22.6% rise in revenue to R233m and trading income up 21.4% to R181.6m for the year ended March 2005.

Metboard intends to expand its portfolio by actively seeking industrial clients that wish to grow and that require a focused and established property fund to assist them in meeting their property needs.

Redefine Income Fund, managed by Madison Property Fund Managers, announced an increased interest distribution of 9 cents per linked unit for the second quarter ended 28 February 2005.

Premium Properties Limited today announced a total distribution for the year ended 28 February 2005 of 50 cents per linked unit.
