Spear REIT Limited (SEA:SJ) on Friday 1st November announced the acquisition of the Liberty Life Regional Head Office from Liberty Group and 2 Degrees Properties for R 370 million.

The on-going development of shopping centres and property developments continues to attract business interest in the city of Pretoria. 

The wine estate of businessman Dave King was auctioned off this weekend for R60.5 million and bought by Wendy Appelbaum daughter of Liberty Life founder and property magnate Donald Gordon.
