Management changes for Fountainhead

Although some property commentators have expressed doubt about significant new listings coming to market in the next year, others have not ruled themout, saying there may be scope for one or two on the JSE Securities Exchange SA.

Property Unit Trusts (PUTs) returned 39.1 percent over 2003, outstripping the performance of the JSE Security Exchange's All Share index (Alsi), long bonds and direct property investments, John Rainier, the chairperson of the Association of Property Unit Trusts, says.

Net unit income up 4% at Grayprop
