Garden Route Hotel Portfolio sells for R43.37

An entire Garden Route hotel portfolio went under the hammer in Mossel Bay on September 16 for a total of R43.37 million.

The commercial multiple auction held in Cape Town on August 24, produced excellent results, and revealed a strong investor demand for income producing properties in good locations.
