IAPF achieves AUD1.0bn portfolio value milestone through acquisitions and active asset management

Investec Australia Property Fund (“IAPF” or the “Fund”) today announced the acquisition of an industrial property in Dandenong South, Melbourne for AUD 19 450 000 which represents an initial yield of 6.3%.

The decision by Investec Australia Property Fund (the “Fund” or “IAPF”) to focus on acquiring assets that require a more hands-on management approach is starting to deliver results.

Investec Australia Property Fund (“IAPF” or the “Fund”) is pleased to announce an interim distribution of 4.95 cents per unit pre-withholding tax (“WHT”) and 4.64 cents per unit post WHT for the six months to 30 September 2017 (30 September 2016: 4.81 cents per unit pre WHT and 4.64 cpu post WHT).
