Arrowhead Properties aims for 2017 acquisitions

Diversified property group Arrowhead Properties has ambitions to make sizable acquisitions in 2017.

Arrowhead, the South African JSE listed REIT, has declared a dividend of 82,55 cents per share for the year ended 30 September 2016.

Indluplace Properties Limited, the only residential focused REIT listed on the JSE, today announced their Annual Results for the first full year since listing in June 2015 on the Main Board of the JSE.

Indluplace Properties Limited, the JSE’s only residential focused REIT, today declared a cash dividend of 23.25 cents per share for the quarter ended 30 June 2016.

Listed-sector interest in residential real estate grows, but only a few funds have managed to build sizeable portfolios.

Arrowhead, the South African JSE listed REIT, has declared a dividend of 20,76 cents per share for the three months ended 31 March 2016.

Indluplace Properties Limited, the JSE’s first residential focused REIT, today announced their Interim Results for the six months ended 31 March 2016.

Indluplace Properties, the JSE’s first pure residential focused REIT, announced a dividend for the quarter ended 31 December 2015 of 22,93 cents per share.
