Philip Morris South Africa (PMSA) has relocated its Southern and Central Africa Head Office to a new "green" building, No 3 Bridgeways, at Century City which has been developed by the Rabie Property Group.

A new 800 m2 office block, which forms part of the second phase of the hugely successful Greenford Office Park adjacent to the Kenilworth Race Course, is nearing completion.

Quays, an exciting new boutique commercial development  providing smaller  office users the opportunity to purchase in Century City, has been notching up strong sales since its recent launch.

Despite improvements to Century City's vacancy rate, concern at city level still persists. That being said, Giles Balmer of developers, Rabie Property Group, maintains that sales and lettings in phase two of Central Park, the Courtyard precinct, have gone well and has spurred the group on to launch phase three shortly
