Richmond Corner shopping centre opened in Cape Town introducing some 6,500m2 of sought-after convenience retail and uplifting its community.

Leading property investor and developer Atterbury has been awarded the contract to develop a new distribution facility for Aramex South Africa in Richmond Park, Milnerton, Cape Town.

A R113m new convenience retail centre will open at Atterbury’s Richmond Park development, the site of the biggest land restitution in the Western Cape, in April 2020.

Mediclinic has started operating from brand-new, world-class medical facilities in Stellenbosch, purpose-built for the private hospital group by Atterbury and its partners to serve the growing demands to care for the Winelands community.

Atterbury’s new Western Cape office situated in the Winelands is La Gratitude Manor House - an iconic building, a national monument, and the second oldest building in Stellenbosch.

Atterbury, the leading South African property developer, has completed the refurbishment of Trumali House, Stellenbosch, into modern multi-tenant A-grade offices with 3,500sqm of space.

Atterbury Property today launched Richmond Park - a new multi-billion rand mixed-use property development in Cape Town on a prime greenfields site in Milnerton adjacent to the N7 highway – in its biggest and most ambitious project yet in the Western Cape.

Leading national property development and asset management group, Atterbury, has secured the development of a new six-storey office building in Cape Town in its first commercial property development in the Western Cape in recent years. When complete the building is expected to be valued at around R225 million.

Residents of the Limpopo town of Bela-Bela (formerly Warmbaths) will get a whole new shopping experience with the opening of Atterbury Property Developments' new R220 million Bela Mall on 23 October 2014.
