Galetti is one of South Africa’s leading commercial and industrial brokerages. Led by a team of highly dynamic and passionate property specialists, the company has earned itself a trusted reputation within the industry. Galetti is committed to developing long-term, successful relationships that contribute to the achievement of personal and business goals for its valued clients: an impressive list of noteworthy investors, business-owners and corporates. Galetti’s powerhouse of experts provide a range of services to clients including property sales, rentals, leasing advice, valuations and providing corporate consultancy to the retail, commercial and industrial property markets.

Our Knowledge

We have developed our own proprietary software, which collates detailed layered information pertaining to the commercial property context within South Africa. This knowledge has been collected by our team of motivated professionals to ensure we always have the best and most up to date information at hand to give our clients key information in order to facilitate their corporate decision making process. This information is real time and gives an instant snapshot of any sector, segment or geographic of our market.

Our People

We attract, establish and work with the best of class in our industry. We challenge them to think creatively and develop steadfast value-adding relationships with our clients to deliver on our offering at every level. Again knowledge, ethics and enthusiasm are paramount in our corporate culture.

Our Culture

As a business we are obsessed with innovation and enterprise. We promote entrepreneurial thinking and implement and identify ideas within the business that will maintain our advantage. Our systems, property knowledge and client base are testament to our culture, our people and our position in the market.

Our company has expanded rapidly given our flexibility owing to a flat, integrated management style. Everyone at the company contributes to its success and the enthusiasm, energy and team spirit translates into a very effective and well respected brokerage. Our expansion includes Southern Africa and valuation and advisory services as a natural progression to the business. We are confident that we will continue to remain nimble and effective and take the same attitude and approach we always have - to provide professional, ethical and effective service to our clients with an enthusiasm that guarantees success.

Galetti was first established in the Western Cape by Tony Galetti and Francois Staples in 2006. The international best practice principles instilled into the core of the business were welcomed by what was then regarded as a smaller market. Following Galetti’s rapid growth within the region, expansion to Gauteng was a natural progression, with satellite offices positioned in both Natal and Pretoria. Today Galetti’s 40-strong team of real estate specialists provides a robust national footprint – in fact the company is one of only three national groups in the country. Due to the expansive reach and quality of service, Galetti has sound working relationships with larger private institutional funds and the listed sector, servicing their property requirements including asset disposals, acquisitions & leasing. A total of 250 contracts were concluded in our last financial year including both lease and sale transactions, up from just 19 contracts concluded in the company’s first year of operation in 2006. Galetti’s strong volume growth with compounded revenue growth well in excess thereof are testament to the close, continuing relationships we value with our retail, commercial and industrial clients.
