COMPANY HISTORY:

Galetti was first established in the Western Cape by Tony Galetti and Francois Staples in 2006. The international best practice principles instilled into the core of the business were welcomed by what was then regarded as a smaller market. Following Galetti’s rapid growth within the region, expansion to Gauteng was a natural progression, with satellite offices positioned in both Natal and Pretoria. Today Galetti’s 40-strong team of real estate specialists provides a robust national footprint – in fact the company is one of only three national groups in the country. Due to the expansive reach and quality of service, Galetti has sound working relationships with larger private institutional funds and the listed sector, servicing their property requirements including asset disposals, acquisitions & leasing. A total of 250 contracts were concluded in our last financial year including both lease and sale transactions, up from just 19 contracts concluded in the company’s first year of operation in 2006. Galetti’s strong volume growth with compounded revenue growth well in excess thereof are testament to the close, continuing relationships we value with our retail, commercial and industrial clients.
