Repo rate cut by 25 basis points

The Reserve Bank has reduced the repo rate by 25 basis points to 6.25% in line with market expectation.

South Africa’s growth outlook has been revised downwards to 0.7% in 2018, said National Treasury on Wednesday.

Equites Property Fund Limited today announced a 14% increase in full year distributions to 110.37 cents per share.

A gradually improving global economy and progress toward reducing deficits in advanced economies have lowered short-term fiscal risks, yet many countries still face a long road back to fiscal health.
