Earth-moving equipment giant, Komatsu, has partnered with Investec Property to consolidate its head office operations, warehouse and distribution centres as well as its workshops and remanufacturing facilities into one centralised property.

Investec Property says that it has secured the development rights for Makro's distribution centre in Midrand, north of Johannesburg.

Investec Property Limited said on Tuesday it had partnered with Toyota South Africa to acquire and develop the vehicle manufacturer's new R363m parts distribution centre.
