The Board of Directors of Emira Property Fund has rejected Arrowhead’s unsolicited, non-binding, and highly conditional expression of interest to acquire all of Emira’s issued share capital on the basis that it has no benefit to Emira’s shareholders.

Vukile Property Fund today reported 7% growth in distributions per share for its half year to 30 September 2015, delivering results in line with its market guidance.

Dipula Income Fund reported an increase of 33% in distributable earnings for its financial year to 31 August 2015, during a period of remarkable growth.

Emira Property Fund is benefitting from the prudent management of its debt book and has embarked on a series of proactive debt extensions.
